All businesses with an annual wage bill of more than £3m pay a 0.5% tax which they have to spend on apprenticeships (known as Apprenticeship Levy). WIC is committed to helping businesses understand and manage the funds they have available. For smaller companies we will be able to support funding through the online portal.

Our Tutor/Assessors are selected for their relevant industry experience and deliver high quality, flexible training with an excellent balance of classroom and workplace learning.

Our delivery model is tailored around your business and our Tutor/Assessors are flexible to fit training around busy working days and shift patterns. Throughout the apprenticeship you will be kept fully informed of your Apprentice's progress.

We are able to act as a recruitment service and advertise for new talent for your business through the Apprenticeship Vacancies website, which already has apprentices registered who are looking to be a member of your team.

All new standards will require and EPA and this will need to be completed to achieve your final qualification award.

After your course which runs for 12,18 or 24 months depending on the course you have chosen you will be required to complete the EPA

This usually consists of a Multiple choice test, a discussion and an observation . An independent person will complete the EPA (not your assessor or Tutor).

They will complete their assessment of your knowledge and skills and then once you have passed and completed it you will then achieve your qualification and receive your certificate within a few weeks.
